The process


Comprehensive Assessment

We begin with a detailed case history and a comprehensive assessment of your medical history. This holistic approach takes into account your lifestyle, emotional, and mental health, allowing us to identify the root causes of your health issues.

Functional Testing

Using advanced diagnostic functional testing (via third party lab) such as hormone, digestive, immune, microbiome, genetic, methylation tests (and more), we can uncover hidden imbalances, toxicities and nutrient deficiencies that contribute to your health concerns. This enables us to create a targeted, effective plan that addresses your unique needs.

Personalised Plan & Coaching

Before your first consultation, you'll complete a food diary to help us identify links between your diet and symptoms. We then recommend realistic dietary changes at a pace that suits you, forming healthier habits gradually.

Ongoing Support

Throughout our time together, we'll regularly review your progress and adapt your wellness plan as needed. We typically recommend working together for at least 12 weeks to achieve the best results.

Session structure

Free Discovery Call – 20 minutes

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

A comprehensive initial consultation to include:

  • Thorough medical and health review.

  • Analysis of your diet, medications, and supplements.

  • Full 3-day food diary statistical analysis (report provided).

  • Assessment of relevant current test results.

  • Identification, recommendation and management of functional tests.

  • ½ day research and personalised health plan preparation. 

Following this consultation, you will have a full health plan including nutrition, lifestyle, supplement and testing recommendations. Should you choose to do testing (highly recommended) your plan will be personalised to the test results, helping to correct any imbalances.

Follow-Up Consultation (60 minutes)

Follow-up consultations are essential for tracking progress and updating your plan. Each session includes:

  • Progress review and plan adjustments.

  • Explanation of test results.

  • Updated plan preparation.

You will also have email support from me. All consultations will give you a 10% discount on any recommended supplements.
