• A new website launch.

• A brand repositioning project alongside a brilliant consumer insights agency, which included a consumer focus group and the 4 positioning routes ideated by myself.

• Building out CRM email flows and monthly campaigns from ground up (copy and redesigns).

• Planning and implementing the brands yearly brand, marketing and content strategy.
